How to Import Exception Scheduler

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Import Exception Scheduler

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Exception Scheduler” option.

Step 2. 

After selecting "Exception Scheduler," the following view is loaded, where we can see all the exception schedulers created. We will navigate to the upper right side and click on the "Options" button, then a list of options will be displayed, and we must select import.

Step 3. 

After clicking on the "Import" button, a new section will appear in the view. We will click on the blue link "Download Template," and after clicking the file, the download will begin.

   

Step 4.  

At the end of downloading the template, we will open the Excel file with the name "Exception_Scheduler," in which we will fill out all the information about the exception scheduler.

Note: Each row is a separate exception scheduler.

We must “save” the file in a place where we can easily find it.

Step 5.

After saving the file, you must select the time zone in which the exception scheduler will be uploaded, then we can activate the summer mode by activating the "Checkbox," then you must click on the "examine" button. A window will appear where you must find the "Exception_Scheduler" file on your computer and select it.

Step 6.

After selecting the file, we will navigate to the “Import File” button, and after clicking on it, all exception schedulers written in the Excel file will be loaded.
