Prerequisites.
- Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.
- Have editor permission: Can adjust configurate settings and see approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.

How to Delete Geofence
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Geofence” option.
Step 2.
Once you click on the geofence panel header, you will find a series of boxes that you can use to filter and find the geofences you want to remove.
Each box allows you to filter by certain geofence specific information:
- Name: to filter using name.
- Report Type: to filter using the report type or types.
- Report To: to filter using email.
- Subject: to filter using the subject of the email.
- Tag: to filter using the tag configured in the geofence.
- Status: to filter using the geofence status (Active or Inactive).
Step 3.
After identifying the geofence we want to delete, we click on the checkbox.
Step 4.
After selecting the geofence that we are going to delete, we will navigate to the "Options" button. By clicking on it, a list of options will be displayed, and we will choose "Delete.”.
Step 5.
After clicking on "Delete," a popup will appear, and we will only have to click on the red "Delete" button.
