How to Delete Exception Scheduler
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Exception Scheduler” option.
Step 2.
Once you click on the “Exception Scheduler” panel header, you will find a series of boxes that you can use to filter and find the reports whose exception scheduler you want to delete.
Each box allows you to filter by some specific information in the report exception scheduler:
- Exception Name: To filter using the report name.
- Frequency: to filter using the report Frequency "1 Hour(s), 6 Hour(s), 8 Hour(s), 12 Hour(s), 24 Hour(s)."
- Report To: to filter with the email where the report will arrive.
- Scan Point: To filter using the scan points configured for this report.
- Subject: to filter using the email subject.
- Account: to filter using the account name.
Step 3.
After identifying the report, we want to delete, we click the checkbox.
Step 4.
After selecting the report that we are going to delete, we will navigate to the “Options” button. Clicking on it will display a list of options. We will choose "Delete."
Step 5.
After clicking on “Delete,” a pop-up window will appear, and we will only have to click on the red “Delete” button.
