How to Give User Permissions

Prerequisites.

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.  
• Login to the portal with the following link: https://portal.mobohubb.com/.

How to Give User Permissions

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Portal User” option. 

 

Step 2.

Once you click "Portal User", the following view will be displayed with all the users within the account.

Locate the user for whom you are going to change the permissions and click on the blue “Edit icon”.

 

Step 3.

Once you click on the edit “Icon button”, the following view will be displayed. To change the permission, you must go to the "User Type" section and select one of the three options (Admin User, Editor, or Read-only User).

To finish, click on the blue "Submit" button to update the information; to cancel, click on the "Cancel" button.
