How to Add Users to the Portal

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

• Login to the portal with the following link: https://portal.mobohubb.com/.

How to Add Users to the Portal

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Portal User” option. 

 

Step 2.

Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the users, as you can see in the image below. This view will show all the users related to the account. We will navigate to the upper right side and click on "Invite user by email".

Step 3.

After clicking on “Invite user by email”, the following form will load, where you must add the following information:

• Email: Here you must enter the email you want to add.
• Username: In this field you must enter the username.
• Password: In this step, you must enter the password to log in.
• Select Org Structure Level: We must navigate to the "Select Org Structure" button and click on it, a pop-up window will load where we can select by hierarchy which site the user to add can manage. We must check the box. site and click “Select”.

*Note: You can invite users by just putting in the email address and then selecting the org structure and the user type. Unless you want to create custom usernames and passwords, there's no need to fill in the "Username" and "Password" fields.

Type of user

• Admin User: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.
• Editor: You can adjust configuration settings and view approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.
• Read-only user: Only submitted data can be viewed under the "Dashboard" section; data and users cannot be edited or modified.

After filling out all the information, we will navigate to the blue "Invite" button.

Note: All information about the login will be automatically sent to the email entered.
