Prerequisites.
- Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.
- Have editor permissions: Can adjust configurate settings and see approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.

HOW TO KNOW WHAT MY DOMAIN OR PIN IS
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Account Manager” option.
Step 2.
Once you click on “Account Manager”, the following view will be displayed with all the sites associated with your account, where we will look for the “Domain” and “Pin” columns.
Step 3.
If your account has multiple managed sites, you can use the filters.
Each box allows you to filter by certain site-specific information:
- Domain: to filter using domain.
- Pin: to filter using the pin.
- Account Name: to filter using the account name.
