Prerequisites.

How to See Panic Alerts
Step 1.
Navigate this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Panics” option.
Step 2.
Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the panic alerts, as you can see in the image below. This view will show all panic alerts related to the account.
Step 3.
Once you click on the panic alerts dashboard header, you will find a series of boxes that you can use to filter and search for the panic alerts you want to see.
Each box allows you to filter by certain information specific to the scan point:
- QR Code ID: to filter using the QR Code ID number.
- Scan Point Name: to filter using the name of the scan point.
- Account (PIN): filter using the account (domain) and pin number of your account.
- Note: In this case, when you filter using this information, it will show you all the scan points belonging to that account.
- Organization: filter using the organization name.
- Note: This filter is useful when you have multiple organizations in your organizational structure below your main organization.
- Status: to filter using the status of the scan points. e.g., active or inactive.
Step 4.
Once you have found the scan point you want to delete, you must select it by clicking inside the checkbox. After this, a small check will appear inside the checkbox, which will mean that the scan point is selected.
Step 5.
Then move to the top right of your screen, and you will click on "Options." After clicking on "Options," you must select the “Delete” option.
Step 6.
A pop-up window will appear after clicking on the “Delete” option. In this window, you must confirm the deletion by clicking on the red “Delete” button.
