How do I Recover My Password

Step 1.  

If you are planning to Login in the platform, you can find the option to fill you email address and password that you register with mobohubb, bellow this info, you can click in the bottom “forgot password. 

 

Step 2. 

Enter the username or email address associated with your account – the same one you utilized during the account creation process. This step ensures that you provide the system with the specific identifier linked to your account, facilitating a seamless and secure authentication process. Your username or email acts as a unique key, granting you access to the personalized features and settings within your account. 

Step 3. 

Make click in the option “recover password”. 

Step 4. 

Once you click in “Recover password” atomically the platform will send an email to the listed account owner.  

Step 5. 

An email with randomly generated code will be sent.

Step 6. 

Email may be sent to spam, once received one should type code in new password this will take you back to sign in page.
