How to Manage the Organization Hierarchy

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Manage the Organization Hierarchy

Step 1.

Navigate this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen in "Administration" section, then select "Org Structure Management” option.

Step 2.

Building Your Hierarchy, utilize the plus (+) symbol to add new levels or the minus (-) symbol to remove unnecessary levels.

• The topmost level in the hierarchy is the organization itself. (Level 1)
• You have the flexibility to create up to 5 levels in the hierarchy, including the organizational level.
• When deleting a hierarchy level, be aware that all accounts beneath it will attach to the top-level hierarchy.

Step 3.

Configuring Data Levels: Choose the data levels you want to view or configure within each module.

Step 4.

Once, you created the levels of the organization, click in “Save Hierarchy” for save the changes.
