• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

What is the Download Option

Step 1.

Navigate to the left side of the screen and locate the "Downloads" option, positioned as the last choice beneath the administration section in the menu. Upon selecting the "Downloads" option, you gain access to a comprehensive array of reports available in both Excel and PDF formats, derived from exports initiated in various sections such as "Scan Data," "Task Data," "Report Data," "Alert Data," "Devices Data," "Map Data," and "Geotask Data."

Step 2.

It's important to note that, typically, reports are instantly downloaded to your laptop's designated download folder. However, for larger documents, they may be stored within the platform's "Downloads" section due to their size. Keep this in mind as you manage and retrieve your reports for a seamless and efficient experience.
