How to Use Alert Email
Step 1.
Head into the administration section and focus your attention on the "Alert Email" option. This specific feature plays a crucial role in tailoring your notification preferences to keep you promptly informed about important updates, ensuring that you stay in the loop regarding critical system alerts and communications.
Step 2.
Complete the information about the account, the email to which you want to copy this email report, and the subject line of the email's body. Once you have completed the information, click on the blue “update” button to save it.
Step 3.
Through an "alert email," you could create an alert for completing one specific report for each device created in the organization structure.
