How to Manage the Dashboard
Step 1.
When you log in to the Mobohubb portal, the following view is loaded: If you are in another view, you must click on the dashboard title.
Step 2.
- In this view you will be able to see all the general information of the account graphically. In this first section we will see the information from the reports, where we can see:
- Total # of checkpoints scanned.
- Total # of reports and checklists completed.
- Total # of tasks completed.
- Total # of scans for a specific scan point
- Reports were submitted during this time.
- Tags submitted.
- Report Submitted
- Recently clocked in personnel: Top 10
- # of locked-in users
- Total number of tags completed.
We will also have a scheduling section where we will see a table with the following data: shift, people assigned, scans completed, reports completed, tasks completed, clock-in’s completed, view all data submitted, and media submitted.
Finally, we will have a map where we will see where all the previous data, tasks, reports, scans, and clock ins and outs will be carried out.
Step 3.
By default, information will be displayed 24 hours behind the current time. But you can also change the date filter to "1D, 1S, 1M or customize the filter with a date range" by clicking on custom, a calendar will be displayed where you must select the start date and time and the date and time of completion.
We can also click on the configuration icon located on the right side of the filters, when we click a list of options will be displayed, we can mark and unmark the ones we want to be shown in the view, by default all the filters are shown. assets.
Step 4.
In the second section, we will have all the information on the exceptions.
Step 5.
In this view we can see all the general information about the account exceptions graphically. In this second section we will see the information from the reports, where we can see:
- Total # of missed scan points.
- Total # of reports not completed.
- Total # of tasks not completed.
- # of personnel not clocked in.
- Top 5 reports/checklist not completed.
- Top 5 uncompleted tasks
- Total # of approval, this is shown in a graph, where the pending reports are shown in yellow, the green ones were approved, and the red ones are the rejected ones.
- Reports/Checklist not* submitted over timeframe.
We also have a scheduling section where we can see the following data: Shift, People assigned, scans completed, scans not completed, reports completed, reports not completed, tasks completed, tasks not completed, clock in's completed, clock in's not completed, view all data submitted, view all data not submitted, media submitted.
