How to View Map Data

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to View Map Data

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Map Data” option.

   

Step 2.

Once you click, the following view will be displayed with a form where we can configure it to see the activity information.

Step 3.

Then we can navigate to the calendar field, and we will click on it. A calendar will appear, where we can select the starting day and the ending day of the search. At the bottom, we can also select the time range for the search, and then we will click "Apply.".

Step 4.

After selecting the date range, you can "include GPS tracking data" in the data that will be displayed on the map.

• Accounts: filter by selecting the account in the dropdown.
• Device: to filter by selecting the device in the dropdown.
• Report Type: to filter using the following data types (Scan, Alert, Task, Report, Timesheet, GPS Tracker).

Then we click on the blue "Filter" button.

Step 5.

After finishing the filter configuration and clicking on "Filter," the information will be loaded on the map at the bottom, with several location icons of different colors. At the bottom of the map, we will find all of them in a row. the location icons with the description or name to which each one refers and its color.

Step 6.

After verifying the data and the filter, to export, you can navigate to the "Options" button on the upper right side of the window, after clicking on it, a list of options will be displayed, you must click on one of the two options "Export to Excel" or "Export to PDF", by clicking on either of the two options, the download will begin automatically.
