How to Apply Quick Filters in Task Data
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Task Data” option.
Step 2.
Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the completed tasks, as you can see in the image below.
Step 3.
Once you click on the "Task Data" panel header, you'll find a series of boxes that you can use to filter.
- Each box allows you to filter by some information specific to the completed task:
- Device: To filter using the device name.
- Task Name: to filter using the task name.
- Account: to filter using the account name.
- Personnel: to filter using the name of the personnel who performed the task.
- Upload Time: filter using the date and time the task was uploaded.
- Notify Time: filter using the date and time of the notification.
- Tags: to filter using the tag configured in the task.
Step 4.
To make a filter with a date range, you need to navigate to the bar with the calendar icon, then click on it. Two calendars will appear below, where we can select the date range.
To make the selection, we must click on the initial day and then on the final day to confirm that, if it has been done correctly, we will see a faint blue color among the selected days.
Note: It is important that, when selecting the dates, you do so from the calendar displayed and not manually.
Then we will navigate to the "Apply" button and click on it.
