How to Export Device Data
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Devices Data” option.
Step 2.
Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the completed devices, as you can see in the image below.
Step 3.
Once you click on the "Devices Data" panel header, you'll find a series of boxes that you can use to filter.
- Each box allows you to filter by some information specific to the completed device:
- Device: To filter using the device name.
- Activity type: to filter using the type of activated examples: "Alert, Report, Scan.".
- Activity Name: To filter with the activity name.
- Send Time: To filter with the device, send a date and time.
- Upload Time: to filter with the date and time of the device upload.
Step 4.
To make a filter with a date range, you need to navigate to the bar with the calendar icon, then click on it. Two calendars will appear below, where we can select the date range.
To make the selection, we must click on the initial day and then on the final day to confirm that, if it has been done correctly, we will see a faint blue color among the selected days.
Note: It is important that, when selecting the dates, you do so from the calendar displayed and not manually.
Then we will navigate to the "Apply" button and click on it.
Step 5.
We can then mark the devices we want to export by clicking on the checkbox in the first column of the row of the devices we want to export.
Step 6.
After clicking the "Options" button, a list of options will be displayed. We must click on "Export PDF." After selecting the format, the download will automatically begin.
