How to Apply Quick Filters in Alert Data

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Apply Quick Filters in Alert Data

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Alert Data” option.

 

Step 2.

Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the completed alerts, as you can see in the image below.

Step 3.

Once you click on the "Alert Data" panel header, you'll find a series of boxes that you can use to filter.

 

• Each box allows you to filter by some information specific to the completed alert: 
• Device: to filter using the device name.
• Scan Point: to filter using the scan point name.
• Account: to filter using the account name.
• Personnel: to filter with the name of the personnel who sent the alert.
• Description: to filter with a fragment or with the full text of the alert.
• Tag: to filter using the alert tag.

Step 4.

To make a filter with a date range, you need to navigate to the bar with the calendar icon, then click on it. Two calendars will appear below, where we can select the date range.

To make the selection, we must click on the initial day and then on the final day to confirm that, if it has been done correctly, we will see a faint blue color among the selected days.

Note: It is important that, when selecting the dates, you do so from the calendar displayed and not manually.

Then we will navigate to the "Apply" button and click on it.
