How to Export All Data in Alert Data

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Export All Data in Alert Data

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Alert Data” option. 

 

Step 2.

After clicking on "Alert Data", the following view will load. To download all the complete alert, you must navigate to the "Options" button located on the upper right side, then click on it.

Step 3.

After clicking on the "Options" button, a list of options will be displayed. We must select the format in which we want to export, "Excel" or "PDF."  After selecting the format, the download will automatically begin.

Step 4. 

The alert you just downloaded will be saved in the download area that you have configured on your computer.
