Prerequisites.
- Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.
- Have editor permission: Can adjust configurate settings and see approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.

Step 1.
First, add your staff through the application and configure your settings by following the steps in the following file, after completing them continue to step 2.
Step 2.
Next, you will create the shift schedule for the account and its personnel.
Step 3.
They will then clock in and out in the mobile app:

Set up an Exception Alert to get notified when they did not clock in on time.
For ease of Payroll - you can schedule to automatically send off your timesheet data to your payroll vendor via an excel export.

This tracks:
- Geofencing Alerts - outside of boundary issues.
- No Activity - scans, reports, clock-ins, tasks that were not* done.
