Report Scheduler - Send off Report and Frequency Hour

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

Send off Report and Frequency Hour

Step 1.

You can navigate to the panel on the left side of the platform and click on the option "Report Scheduler" located below the Exception Dashboard. 

Step 2.

In the view of Report Scheduler, please go to the right side and click "Options". Then select "Add." Next, a new view will appear with the following information:

Please complete the mandatory fields marked with a *.

Report Type: Scan.

Report Period (Days): Last Day.

Recurrence: Daily.

Report to: your email.

Time Zone: Your time zone. Note: It is crucial that the time zone is correct.

Schedule Start Date: Select the date you want the report to start.

PDF/HTML: Choose the report format you want to receive.

Activate: Be sure to mark this box to activate the report.

Step 3.

Then, click on the blue button and then in "Next".

In the Advanced settings view, you must add the desired configuration. In this case, we will focus on:

Send-Off Report: Enter the time you want to receive the report.

Frequency Hour: Specify the number of hours you want to cover the report. For example, if the guard has an 8-hour shift, he must select 8.

For example, if the guard has an 8-hour shift, he must select 8.

Example: If the guard has a shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the configuration must be the following:

Frequency Hour: 8

Send Off Report: 2:00 p.m.

The frequency hour can be set up to 12 hours and a minimum of 2 hours, based on the screenshot below.

Please adjust the frequency hour and the Send Off Report time to match your guard’s shifts and receive a report for that time frame each day. If you have multiple shifts during the day, just make sure to create a new scheduled report for each shift.
