How to Register New Devices

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Register New Devices

Step 1.  

Navigate to the "Devices" option within the Configurations menu by accessing the panel of options situated on the left side of the platform. 

Step 2.  

In the top right corner, locate the options bar and click on it to reveal a set of options. Once clicked, proceed to select the "add" option and provide the necessary information for the new devices. 

Step 3.  

Once you click on this option, the following screen will appear. You will need to provide the following information: 

• Organization structure level
• Device ID
• Device Name
• Email
• Device Type
• Device Brand
• Tags
• Device description. 

Please, keep in mind that all the option than have one red asterisk, you must fill them. 

 

Step 4. 

Once you fill the information, please double check that the option “User Activate” is market in the checkbox. 

Finally, make click in submit to save the new device.
