How do I Setting Timesheet Selfie?
Step 1.
Navigate to the menu located on the left side of the platform interface. Once there, proceed to select the option labeled "Mobile Configurations" by clicking on it. This action will direct you to a section where you can customize and adjust various settings related to mobile functionality.
Step 2.
Once you are in “Mobile configurations” you can make changes, enable or disable certain functionalities of the platform that you want to be seen or not in the mobile application.
Step 3.
To enable timesheet selfie, you need to select the name of your account on the top of the platform and go to the second part section: “Timesheet Config”
Step 4.
Upon accessing the "Timesheet Config" section, you'll find a comprehensive overview of the features currently active or inactive in your account. To modify these settings, navigate to the “options” button and after that it will show you the "Edit" option. This will allow you to seamlessly customize and update your preferences, ensuring that your timesheet configuration aligns precisely with your needs.
Step 5.
After clicking on the "Edit" option, you gain the ability to activate various features on your device. This includes options such as enabling "Activate Employee ID," activating "Time Tag Timesheet," and configuring additional settings for the Timesheet custom field. Explore these options to tailor your device functionalities according to your preferences, ensuring a personalized and efficient experience.
Step 6.
To enable timesheet selfie, just you need to click in the option “Activate personnel image in timesheet” until the blue box with the marking symbol appears. Don´t forget to click in “Submit” to save the changes.
