How to Filter and Export Exception Data

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.  
• Have Editor permissions: Can adjust configurate settings and see approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.

How to Filter and Export Exception Data

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Exception Data” option. 

 

Step 2.

In this view we filter the exception data of an account.

1. You must select an account.

2. You can select any of the three options:

• No activity exception report.
• Exception scheduler report.
• Geo-fence report.

Step 3.

Then you must filter by date in the calendar, the range of dates of the reports that we want to see, for this we will click on the calendar where a calendar will be shown and we must select the start date and the end date, we can also adjust the hours of the report and click "Apply.

Step 4.

After clicking "Apply", you will find a series of boxes that you can use to filter and find exception data that you want to export.

Each box allows you to filter by specific information about the Exception Data:

• Name: to filter with the name.
• Device Name: to filter with the device name.
• Personnel: to filter with the name of the staff.
• Exception Type: To filter using the Exception Type.
• Report Type: to filter using the Report Type.
• Account: to filter with the account name.
• Location: to filter with location.   

Step 5.

All Exception data will be displayed, filtered by date or with the filters made.

We will navigate to the "Options" button at the top right. We will click on it, and then a list of options will be displayed. We must choose “Export to Excel”, the download of a file in Excel format will immediately begin.

Note: In this view we will export all exception data reports, for the selected date range.
