How to Schedule Employees
Step 1.
Navigate to the scheduling option located within the configuration panel on the left-hand side of the platform.
Step 2.
After selecting the scheduling option, you can begin configuring schedules for employees. Choose the relevant account and filter personnel based on skills or certifications or select specific employees. Upon selecting the organization, the list of employees associated with that account will be displayed below.
Step 3.
After selecting the personnel or employees for whom you wish to create a schedule, click on the 'create open shifts' located in the upper right part of the platform. Within this option, you can personalize the shifts for the personnel.
Step 4.
After clicking on this option, a new screen will appear where you can input information regarding the new shift. You can specify a name, select dates and times, assign shift days, choose the time zone, and customize shifts for your employees based on their skills or certifications. Additionally, you can select specific individuals for the shift. Moreover, you have the option to link these schedules to scan points, forms, and tasks. If you wish to receive a report of the activity via email, please activate the checkbox labeled "Create activity report for this shift" and provide the desired email address.
Step 5.
After creating the shift for your personnel, you can modify or remove a schedule by clicking on the respective days. A notification bar will appear with three icons: the first one allows you to modify, the second one with an "x" enables you to remove, and the third one duplicates the schedule. Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.
Step 6.
Similar to other options on the platform, you can import or export schedules by clicking on the options located in the upper right corner of the platform. This functionality allows you to manage schedules according to your specific requirements.
Step 7.
Additionally, on the right upper side of the platform, you'll find the "publish" option. Here, you can choose to publish either the full calendar or only the shifts. It's important to note that your personnel will receive notifications on their phones regarding new schedule assignments or changes to existing shifts.
