How to Delete a Summary Report
Step 1.
Navigate this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Summary Report” option.
Step 2.
Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the summary reports, as you can see in the following image. This view will show all summary reports related to the account.
Step 3.
Once you click on the "Summary Report" panel header, you'll find a series of boxes that you can use to filter.
- Each box allows you to filter by specific information from the summary report:
- Recurrence: to filter using the report's recurrence (daily, weekly).
- Summary Type: to filter using the summary type (report, scan, task).
- Report to: to filter using the email to which the summary report will be sent.
- Subject: to filter using the subject of the summary report.
- Start Date: filter using the start date of the summary report.
- Status: to filter using the status of the summary report, "Active" or "Inactive.".
Step 4.
Next, you must select the summary report you want to delete by clicking on the summary report checkbox.
Step 5.
After selecting the checkbox for the summary report that we want to delete, we will navigate to the right side at the top and click on the "Options" button. A list of options will be displayed, and we must select "Delete.".
Step 6.
After clicking "Delete," a pop-up window will appear where you will have to click on the red "Delete" button.
