How to Export a Report Scheduler

Prerequisites. 

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

How to Export a Report Scheduler

Step 1.

Navigate this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Report Scheduler” option. 

 

Step 2.

Once you click, the following view will be displayed with all the report schedulers, as you can see in the image below. This view will display all report schedulers related to the account.

Step 3.

Once you click on the "Report Scheduler" panel header, you'll find a series of boxes that you can use to filter. 

Each box allows you to filter by information specific to export Report Scheduler:

• Name: to filter using the report name or number.
• Report To: to filter using the email configured for the report.
• Account: to filter using the account name.
• Recurrence: to filter using the report's recurrence (One, Daily, Weekly).
• Report Type: to filter using the report type (Scan, Alert, Task, Report, Device, Map, Timesheet, Time Studies).
• Subject: to filter using the subject of the report scheduler.
• Status: to filter using the status (Active or Inactive).

Step 4.

After clicking on the “Report Scheduler” button, the following view will be displayed, where we will see all the existing report schedulers. We can select one or more scan points to export by clicking on the checkbox.

Note: If you want to export all report scheduler, you can skip step 5.

 

Step 5.

After you have selected the report scheduler you want to export (if you are exporting all, you do not need to select any report scheduler).

We will navigate to the “Options” button on the top right side. We will click on it, and then a list of options will be displayed. If we choose "Export," the download of a file in Excel format will immediately begin.
