- Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.

Alert Email
Step 1.
Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Alert Email” option.
Step 2.
Once you click on "Alert Email" the following view will be displayed: With the form to send the email alert, you must fill out the following fields:
- Choose Account*: When you click, a dropdown should appear where you can select the account to which you want to send the alert.
Note: If you only have one account, one will appear, but if you have more than one, a list will appear.
- Report CC: In this field, you must enter the email to which you want the alert to be sent.
- Subject*: In this field, you must enter the subject of the alert.
- Body*: In this field, you must enter the message that will be sent in the alert.
Then click on the “Submit” button.
