How To Import Tags

Prerequisites.

• Have administrator permissions: You can view, edit, modify, and delete all portal user and configuration settings.  
• Have editor permissions: Can adjust configurate settings and see approvals; they cannot delete data or invite portal users.

How To Import Tags

Step 1.

Navigate to this panel and go to the menu on the left side of your screen, then select the “Tags” option.

Step 2.

After clicking on the "Tags" button, the following view will be displayed, where we will see all the existing tags. We will navigate to the "Options" button located on the upper right side, and after clicking on it, a list of tags will be displayed. options, we will click on "Import".

Step 3.

After clicking on the "Import" button, a new section will appear in the view. We will click on the blue link "Download Template", after clicking the file, the download will begin.

Step 4.

At the end of downloading the template, we will open the Excel file with the name "Tag_report", in which we will fill out all the information obout the tag.

Note: Each row is a separate tag.

We must “save” the file in a place where we can easily find it.

Step 5.

After saving the file, click on the browse button. A window will appear where you must search for the "Tag_report" file on your computer and select it.

Step 6.

After selecting the file, we will navigate to the "Import File" button, and after clicking on it, all the tags written in the Excel file will be loaded.
