Create New Site

Hello,

Download and review the following spreadsheet and fill in the blank cells.
In each cell, you must enter specific information about the new site:

• Account Type: indicate the category from the drop-down list to which the account belongs.
• Organization Name: Indicate the organization name.
• Organization Level / Branch: indicate in which part of the organization structure (Org Structure) you want the site; if you do not know, it will remain at the most general level.
• Site / Account Name: Indicate the site name.
• Time Zone: Indicate the time zone.
• Portal User Name: indicate the user name.
• Full Name: indicate the name of person who manages the site.
• Site Address: indicate the site address. 
• Email Address: indicate the email address of person who manages the site.
• Type (NFC/QR): indicate the type of scan you want.
• Number of Qr codes (Physical): If you want physical QR codes, please indicate the quantity you wish to purchase.
• Scan Points: indicate how many scan points you want to be configured in your account

Please verify the information and send us the attachment with the completed fields to the following email: [e-mail], so we can proceed with the creation of the site.
