How to Create Drafts from the Web Application, Update, Delete or Upload the Report

Prerequisites. 

• Sing in to the mobile application: With the domain and pin of the site.

How to Create Drafts from the Web Application, Update, Delete or Upload the Report

Step 1.

Open the app in your device's browser at the following link https://mobile.mobohubb.com, then log in with the site's domain and PIN.

 

Step 2.

After logging in, in this view you must select the report you want to complete and save as a draft.

Step 3.

After selecting the report, you must fill it out and then click on the “Save” button.

Step 4.

When you click on the "Save" button, a pop-up window will appear, in this you must add the name of how you want to save the draft report, then click on the "Save Draft" button.

Step 5.

After clicking on the "Save Draft" button, you must then navigate to the right side and select the "Reports Drafts" button where the following view will be displayed, where you must select the report that we want to update, delete, or send.

Step 6.

To delete the draft, in this view you must click on the "Remove Draft" button.

Step 7.

To update the draft, in this view you must click on the "Open" button.

Step 8.

After clicking on the "Open" button, the following view is loaded, where you can update the report information. To save the update, you must click on the "Save" button.

Step 9.

After clicking on the "Open" button, the following view is loaded, where you can create a copy of the report. To save the copy, you must click on the "Save as" button, a pop-up window will appear where you must enter the name of the draft and then click on "Save Draft".

Step 10.

After clicking on the "Open" button, the following view is loaded, where you must navigate to the "Submit Report" button to submit the report.
