WebApp: How to Sign In

Each WEBAPP user will now need to create a user profile**

Once a user is authenticated into the Webapp, when they submit work it will then - associate any work that worker did with their user profile for authentication.

WebApp User Flow

WebApp user/profile is same as portal people. When a user creates a profile in the webapp, it then stores the information in portal’s 'people' section.

WebApp Sign In: In this user needs to insert account pin, account domain, people email address, people secret code.

If the user wants to use an existing portal’s 'people' to login, then they need to update secret code, DOB, Favorite Color and allow webapp access.

Note: If the user has already created a profile, then the above steps will need to be used to update the created profile details in the portal. If user forgot the secret code then they can also update it from portal with other details i.e. Favorite Color, DOB, etc.

User/People SignUp (Create profile) in WebApp: If the user does not want to use existing portal profile then they can create a new user/people profile by clicking on “Create Profile” button in sign in screen. The user can then create a new profile with account pin, domain and other required fields. 

Forgot secret code in WebApp: if user forgot the secret code then they can get it by two ways.

1. If the user remembers the security question like DOB and Favorite Color then they can get existing secret code. They need to click on “Forgot password” button and then need to fill the form with account pin, account domain, people email address, people dob and people favorite color.

2. If the user does not remember the security questions then they can reset their secret code by clicking on “Reset code” button. In this they need to fill the account pin, account domain and people email address.
