As we continue to service our client base, we understand that our customers have employees working multiple sites, need the ability to onboard staff and sites more quickly, the ability to move off of other products more quickly and want to segment their data that aligns with organizational structures.
The first part of this effort was to provide the ability to build out a structure that makes sense to your organization. This enables you to then invite users to these structures for configuration and data needs.
The second part was to have a single pin/domain that will auto register your devices and personnel with all accounts/sites or some accounts without duplicating this process with a singular pin and domain for each account/sites
The third and last aspect was to provide a more robust authentication process. Instead of manually creating a username, you'll now be able to invite by email and the email address will give you access to 1 to many sites. You can also turn on multi-factor authentication or use your phone number to log in. This will provide more oversight into who you give access to and allowing you to easily revoke the access.
We've recently redone our levels of organizational structure for the mobohubb portal to make it easier to search by region, site or account etc... . Soon, we will also be redoing our dashboards - this will then all out to see dashboard data the same way, by any roll up you have in place.
Step 1: Here is how you can set up your hierarchy from your Super Admin Account:
Once created, here is how it will look in the drop down search selection at the top of the portal:
You can then select the levels of data you'd like to see or configure!
So when you want to do configuration, you can select from all your accounts in each module, like this one in the 'Mobile Configuration' module:
Account Management remains pretty much the same but now you can see what level each account rolls up to like this:
And now, you can add all your devices to 1 Overall Org PIN and domain and edit them to add to multiple accounts at one time, here is how to do that:
Here is how to invite a portal user to the mobohubb portal now (it's much easier):
From the 'Portal Users' on the bottom left hand navigation --> select Invite by Email and enter the new users info and select what they can see on the 'Select Org Structure':
Once the user logs in, they should go to their 'Profile' in the upper left and complete it with more info:
