Description:
Device management used to be a bit more complex, however, we made it easier. When your mobile app users enter their pin and domain the first time, we auto register them and you'll receive a notification. If you've reached your device limit you can deactivate and activate as you see fit. We generate a unique id for the device. Once it's registered in the portal, there is an option on the mobile app to show the id so you can find the matching record.

Log in to the portal

Click the devices link on the left under Configuration

Click the blue Edit button to the right of the device you want to change

Modify the necessary fields

Click submit
Activate/Deactivate/Delete:

Log in to the portal

Click the devices link on the left under Configuration

Select the square box to the left of the device ( you can select as many as you’d like)

Click Options on the top right
-
Choose ‘Activate’, ‘Deactivate’, ‘Delete'
