Description:
Our reports builder is what sets us apart. We allow you to build/create as many reports with as many fields as you want. Most companies limit this. We call this enabling unstructured data. All reports that are created or modified immediately appear on the mobile app after the change. You can also take photos, video, audio evidence and it will be displayed on our reports.
Add:

Log in to the portal

Click on the Reports/Checklist link on the left under the Configuration section

Click Options at the top right

Click Add
-
Fill out the required field of the report ( ReportName)

Click Next
-
Click Add field
-
Provide a field name and field type (repeat the above for each field you want)

Click Next (choose additional options you want to be able to do when filling out a report/checklist)

Only select immediate notification if you want this to go out after submission vs. being scheduled

Click submit
Edit:

Log in to the portal

Click on the Reports/Checklist link on the left under the Configuration section

Click the blue edit button next to the Report/Checklist you want to edit

Modify the fields you want to modify on each page

Click submit button at the bottom
Activate/Deactivate/Delete:

Log in to the portal
-
Click the Reports/Checklist link on the left under Configuration

Select the square box to the left of the Report/Checklist ( you can select as many as you’d like)

Click Options on the top right

Choose ‘Activate’, ‘Deactivate’, ‘Delete'

Field Types:
- Text = Intended for short sentences
- Textarea = paragraphs of text for longer information
- Personnel = system drop-down of people added to the personnel section
- Time = system timestamp
- Date = system date field
- Checkbox = one too many fields that you'll check off and will show as true or false on the report
- Drop Down = a list of values to choose from.
- Read Only = This allows you to provide instructions throughout the report and can be removed from the reports
- Email = an email field that allows a report to be sent to
- Radio Button = Values that you can select with a true or false but can only select one
- Tags = System field that will display a list of tags in a drop-down and tag the report accordingly
- Device = A System field that will display a list of devices in the system
- Scan = A system field that will display a list of QR Codes
- Link = Allows you to provide a link to a file or other time
- Table = Allows you to create a small excel-like table on a report
