Step 1 will be getting the app on the devices and getting your 'Personnel' Added. You will need two things to "auto register" your device:
- Your 4 digit PIN number
- Your "domain"
Once those two are entered - your device will automatically activate. If your account is brand new - both of these items will be in your "New Account - Welcome" email that we provide you with your portal login user ID. If** you are logged into your Organizational level account - go to "Account Management" to see your accounts and select "View" to see the profile view.
If you're trying to register a new device or just need your domain for your device - **remember to go to "Devices" under Configuration and first "deactivate" any devices that are no longer active so you will have open subscriptions to register your new device. See the details below about where to find your "domain" in your account profile.
Here's where to get your domain for your account:
- Login to your account: "https://mobohubb.com"
- Click on your 'Profile' Section from the drop-down in the upper right - see here:
- Once in the profile section - you will see your 'Domain' - Like this:
4. Once you open the app and login with the 4 digit pin and the domain name - your device is automatically registered and **you only need to type in the domain the first time you login**
